2020 Spring Registration Fees

The General Registration period for Spring 2020 is from 11/15/2019 - 1/25/2020

Fees:

6U - $110*

8U - $135*

10U - $145*

12U - $145*

14U/16U - $145*

*Additional payment due at registration for candy sales fundraiser of $60 or you may opt out for a fee of $30.  If you sell the candy in the fundraiser you will recoup your $60 fee.

Registration fees include: 1 jersey, 1 pair of pants (shorts for 6u), a pair of socks, and fun!

Key dates: 

  • Registration ends: Saturday 1/25/2020
  • 8u - 14u/16u skills evaluation: Saturday 1/25/2020
  • Late registration space available only: 1/26/2020 - 2/16/2020
    • Note that late registration is intended for players in the upper age brackets to register after High School tryouts
  • Teams formed/managers notified: 1/29/2020
  • Player notification of team assignment: No later than 1/31/2020
  • Last day for jersey sponsers: 2/1/2020
  • Field day - all parents/family members requested to attend: Saturday 2/8/2020
    • Field day is a very important day where the BAYS family will prepare the BAYS facilities so that our daughters have great facilities for their Spring 2020 season.
    • Note that your team's practice time selection priority is driven, in part, by your participation.
  • BAYS General Meeting - all parents/family members requested to attend: Saturday 2/8/2020 @ 12:00 PM
    • The intent of this meeting is to allow the BAYS Board of Directors to discuss the operation of the league with the parents/family of our players.
  • Manadatory BAYS Coaches Training:  Saturday 2/8/2020 @ 1:00PM
    • This meeting is for all of the BAYS team managers and their staff. Topics will include Safety, Team Management, League Policies, etc.
  • First Practice Allowed: Sunday 2/9/2020
  • Regular Season Games Begin: Monday 2/24/2020
  • Opening Day Ceremonies/Games: Saturday 2/29/2020
  • Picture Day: Sunday 3/1/2020
  • CCISD Spring Break: 3/7/2020 - 3/15/2020
    • No games will be scheduled during this time, practice will be at the Team's discretion
  • Bay Area Park Trash Bash: Saturday 3/21/2020
    • No games/practice
